Chhath Puja is considered to be a major festival for the states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. It is usually celebrated in November, every year. On this day, many migrants from other states return home. As a result, there is a large crowd on trains bound for UP and Bihar, throughout the nation. People usually don't get enough room to board trains and the condition of general, sleeper, and AC coaches on trains are worse, due to which women, children, and the elderly are confronted with more challenges.
